Singer-songwriter meets concert pianist.

With a four-octave range and versatile voice, Philadelphia singer-songwriter Jen Creed is equally at home with classical, pop, rock and musical theater, crafting moving ballads and intimate interpretations of songs by Van Morrison, Bruce Springsteen and Tom Waits.

Concert pianist Svetlana Smolina has performed around the world, recently as soloist with the Mariinsky Orchestra at Carnegie Hall, New York Philharmonic at Avery Fischer, St. Petersburg Philharmonic and Orchestra National de France.

Together, these dynamic performers will explore a diverse musical landscape with works by Gershwin, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Bernstein and Kapustin and original songs by Jen Creed.

The concert takes place in the casual, intimate Upstairs Live venue at World Cafe Live, Philadelphia, where concert-goers may enjoy the music with dinner and drink in hand!
