Wednesday, October 30 @ 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
in The Lounge at World Cafe Live

SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY! – a FREE workshop for teaching artists in Philadelphia presented by Carnegie Hall in partnership with LiveConnections and Stockton Rush Bartol Foundation.

Carnegie Hall’s Lullaby Project offers collaborative sessions for parents and parents-to-be in which they write and record personal lullabies for their children, working side by side with teaching artists in New York City, around the country and across the globe.

Join Lullaby Project artists, composer Thomas Cabaniss and singer songwriter, Jean Rohe for a fun, interactive workshop that introduces the project and takes you through the collaborative songwriting process. They’ll share best practices for crafting melodies and lyrics and offer tools for song creation that can be applied to any setting

All musicians interested in songwriting as a tool to express and strengthen human connections are welcome! Please bring your instruments. Register here if you are interested!
